FlickSwift – Replacement & Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders, UAE)

At FlickSwift, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward replacement and refund policy, as long as your request meets our defined eligibility guidelines.


1. Replacement Eligibility

We are happy to replace your item free of cost if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is broken, damaged, or faulty on arrival
  • The item is incomplete or missing essential parts

✅ Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
✅ Replacements requested within 7 days are free of charge
⚠️ After 7 days, nominal charges may apply


2. Important – No Replacements for “Change of Mind”

🚫 We do not offer replacements or refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item after delivery. Please ensure you review the product details carefully before placing your order.


3. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, email us at flickswiftstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear video showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll guide you through returning the item or arranging a pickup for the replacement.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A product cannot be replaced
  • A verified issue cannot be resolved
  • A security concern requires it

💡 Refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

⚠️ In case of refund, the following fees will be deducted:
– Initial shipping and fulfillment cost: 18 AED
– Product pickup and processing fee: 9 AED


5. Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Cases

  • Change of mind after receiving the item
  • Damage caused by customer misuse
  • Claims made after 30 days of delivery
