Most orders are processed within 24–72 hours. After that, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and product type.

📦 How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page to follow your shipment status.

🔄 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused and in original condition. Contact us first to initiate the return process.

📧 I made a mistake with my order — what now?

If you entered the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong item, please contact us within a few hours of placing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation within the first 6 hours of placing the order. If it hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

💡 My order says “delivered” but I didn’t get it. What should I do?

Please double-check the delivery address and ask household members or neighbors. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll investigate further with the carrier.

🛠️ The item I received is damaged or defective. Help?

We’re sorry! Please send us a photo of the issue using our Contact Us form. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — no stress.
