1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order with FlickSwift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). Please read them carefully before using our website. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Products & Fulfillment

All products sold on FlickSwift are sourced and fulfilled by our trusted logistics partner, Zambeel, operating across the UAE and the GCC. You acknowledge that:

  • Orders are dispatched from Zambeel’s warehouse in Sharjah.
  • Delivery times typically range from 3–5 working days for dispatch and 1–2 working days for delivery within the UAE (total 4–7 days).
  • Fulfillment is provided under Zambeel’s standard performance framework, with documented delivery success rates over 75%

3. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all UAE orders. No other payment methods are available at this time.
Purchases are payable to the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing, Customs & VAT

  • Prices are displayed in AED for customer convenience.
  • All orders may be subject to 5% VAT and customs duties for imported goods in UAE
  • Any additional charges imposed by UAE customs or import authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer replacements (or refunds in exceptional cases) as per our Refund & Replacement Policy. Key points:

  • Replace damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days free of charge (up to 30 days with possible fees).
  • Refunds are available for undelivered items or if replacements can’t be made.
  • No refunds are provided for change-of-mind purchases.

6. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched by Zambeel, you may request cancellation by contacting us at admin@flickswift.store. Once dispatched, your order cannot be canceled and will be subject to the replacement policy.

7. Delivery & Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS after dispatch.
  • Delivery is handled by Zambeel’s partnered courier network—tracking updates will be available via this website or our “Track Order” page.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@flickswift.store.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please provide accurate shipping information.
  • Inspect your package upon delivery—report any damage immediately.
  • Failure to receive the package due to incorrect address may result in additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlickSwift and Zambeel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, even if advised of such possibility.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These ToS and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action should be filed within the UAE courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
